Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VisionCrop Sdn Bhd (“VisionCrop”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the core principles of the GDPR / UK-GDPR.
1. Data we collect
We practise data minimisation. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry:
- Consultation requests: name, email, country, your investor/entrepreneur segment, an optional indicative budget range, and your message.
- List-your-business: name, email, business type, location, and an optional description.
- Technical data: a coarse, time-limited signal (approximate IP and browser user-agent) used only for spam prevention and abuse triage.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not submit passports, identity documents, or financial statements through our ordinary forms. If document intake is required later, we will use a separate, secure, access-controlled process.
2. How and why we use it (lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request prior to any engagement.
- To follow up on a business you ask us to list, on the basis of your consent.
- To protect our website from spam and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Who we share it with
VisionCrop coordinates a vetted network of licensed legal, tax and advisory professionals. Where delivering a service requires it, and with your knowledge, we may share relevant details with the appropriate licensed partner solely to progress your matter. We also use trusted processors (for example, hosting and email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
4. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected to a comparable standard.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing engagement, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
7. Cookies & analytics
We use only essential cookies to make the site work. Any non-essential, privacy-respecting analytics are off by default and load only if you explicitly accept via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s storage in your browser.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), server-side validation, anti-spam protections, and strict access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.
9. Contact
VisionCrop Sdn Bhd is based in Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya, Malaysia. Our published contact details are to be announced; in the meantime, please reach us through the contact form and we will respond, including for any data-protection request.
10. Changes
